Brooks Lake

Brooks Lake is a natural lake located in the Bridger-Teton National Forest in western Wyoming, United States. It is surrounded by the Absaroka Mountains and is situated at an elevation of 9,200 feet (2,800 meters). The lake covers an area of approximately 395 acres (1.6 km²) and is approximately 2.5 miles (4 km) long. The lake is primarily used for fishing and other recreational activities, and is stocked with trout. The area surrounding the lake offers hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities. Brooks Lake Lodge, a historic guest ranch, is located on the northeast shore of the lake.
